I am building a "Dream Team" in the surrounding metro area and am willing to train the right persons who understand what it takes to run a business and have the drive and determination to build an agency within the next year. Our letter states that our client may qualify for a non-medical mortgage protection product. We will pay off the mortgage in the event of their death or make the mortgage payments in the event of a disability or critical illness like cancer, heart attack or stroke. At the end of the term, if our clients are still alive, we return all of their paid premiums back to them. Simply put, free insurance, a forced savings plan if you will. This is not NAA.Our clients that are interested in our product will personally fill out our questionnaire; fill in their name, birth date, height and weight, sex, smoker or non-smoker status, and a few telephone numbers to reach them by. They will then fold up the application and mail it back to us. We also have telemarketers who call our senior population and get responses from them that they need final expense coverage.We need field underwriters who will take these applications and call our clients, set an appointment, go to their homes for about 50 minutes and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan that fits their needs and their budget.Typically, commissions are about $600 per family that you protect. Yes it is a full commission and our average full time underwriters will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans each week. While in the home we also use a few financial products to protect our client?s retirement accounts and help people save for retirement. The commissions on these products are very high and will double your income.
