Nurse Case Manager - Detroit/Western Michigan and surrounding areas in Detroit, MI

OCS is currently seeking Nurse Case Managers for both the Detroit Metro and the Grand Rapids/Western Michigan service areas The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan and will have at least 2 years previous clinical experience.(Experience in Critical Care, ER, and homecare are preferred) CCM certification and 2yrs as a case manager are recommended but not required.
