This free meditation Seminar introduces you to the essence of yoga and its significant benefits towards health, work efficiency and general wellbeing. You will learn a simple but highly effective practice involving the breath, called Isha Kriya. At the conclusion of the session all participants will leave with a 15-minute meditation that they can do on a daily basis that in turn leads to enhanced efficiency, focus and health.
