1996 Pontiac Grand Prix - Needs Repair

Was having a lot of trouble with the cooling system not circulating the coolant thru the system, there is still some water in the resevoir but drained the radiator but seems there is still a bit of water in the engine and will need to thaw before drving as my daughter started it and the water pump was froze and the drive belt broke off. The car has newer rotors brakes on the rear, the front will need new pads soon. I think the circulating problem is the radiator as I put a new water pump and thermostat in it. I would bleed the system and get heat for a bit, then it would lose pressure again and overheat. I don't believe it is a blown head gasket as there is no water in the oil from what I see. Feel free to come by and check it out, it's too cold for me to work on it and the car did run good. There is also a new battery I purchased in September with remaining 2 year warranty. There are a few rust spots but nothing major. The seats have tears in them as well. Call or text 586-three[removed phone]
